A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order online.
A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel your order within 48 hours of checking out the template. Subsequently, the deposit will be forfeited and an early repayment fee will apply.
Cancellations will be charged 30% of the invoice value as part of the storage fee for reserved items.
If orders are canceled after the raw materials have been shipped, they will be charged an administration fee [$150] and applicable logistics fees plus 30% of the invoice value.
No exchange/return or refund requests will be accepted for materials imported/reserved overseas.
Requests for exchanges/returns or refunds will not be accepted once the manufacturing process has begun.

If you receive damaged items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange/return via email (info@fancysink.com + email address of the sales representative who carried out the purchase process).
We will need details and photographs of the damaged items to resolve the issue and provide replacements (if applicable) as quickly as possible.
Once accepted by us for exchange or return, items must be in the original packaging along with any additional accessories, if any.
If we receive broken items that do not match the photos you sent, we will not be able to process the refund.
A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced according to our assumption.
In addition to proof of damage, if the customer wishes to request a replacement/refund for other reasons within 24 hours, they must bear the shipping and restocking costs.
Once a customer states that they are happy with a product, whether in writing or by telephone, exchange/return requests will not be accepted as it will be considered fraudulent.
REFUND
*All refund amounts must be received in the customer’s account within 7-25 working days from the date of the request via email after we receive the goods in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above.
